For World Wellbeing Week, some of the Portland House Buttercup children have been exploring mindfulness and relaxation.
We laid down with our friends and listened to calming music (e.g. the ocean and wind chimes). Then we watched as bubbles floated by, it was amazing to see all of the different colours a bubble can be! We did some yoga, 'tree' which was tricky to do but 'child's pose' was very comfy.
It was a very relaxing way to cool down after all of our fun in the sun!
