Over the past couple of days Holly Bank children have been celebrating World Oceans Day. The children enjoyed talking about the sea creatures that they may come across and had a go at creating octopuses, sharks and dolphins out of ocean themed playdough.
The children have also had a go at making their own houses for fish, decorating with reflective materials so that they are easy to find and string to help lead the way. Some children even turned them into fishing nets after reading the story 'Tiddler'. To go along with this the children had a go at colouring their own fish, cutting them out and catching them in their nets.
