During spring term the children in Holly Bank Daisies have been learning all things animal. We have been learning the different names of animals such as cow and duck but also developing sounds in our language such as moo and quack.
We took a trip to Greenhead Park to visit the duck pond and the children were fascinated by them. We listened to the sounds they were making and watched them swim and waddle. We did some walking and followed them around!
We were also lucky to find a few friendly dogs on our walk around, we loved the dogs and did lots of walking, panting and vocalising to them.
