The pre-school children at Oakwood are getting ready to make the big step to school this September. To celebrate this important milestone the nursery held a special 'Leavers Picnic' out in the garden. The children listened to stories around the tree, played games in the woodland and had a lovely outdoor picnic with their Mums and Dads - finished off by ice-cream cornets. All the children were presented with a certificate to mark this special time. Good fun was had by all.
