The Harlequin preschool were so excited to give parents a tour of the forest. Our Stay and Play also fell on ‘National Tea Day.’ The children collected items from around the forest to add to their tea which was made in the mud kitchen. The children also practiced developing life skills such as sweeping up and pegging out the washing. Some children sat round the camp fire making up stories and others sat by the wildlife pond listening to the birds tweeting in the trees above.
