This week the Holly Bank babies have focussed on positivity and building friendships, so to support this we have been doing lots of singing and dancing together.
We all picked a partner and sat down, then we held hands and rocked back and forth as we sang “row, row, your boat….” and we all screamed when we saw a crocodile swimming by!! We also sang “ring a roses” and “sleeping bunnies” and we all joined in the actions together. We especially enjoyed jumping around the room together pretending to be fluffy bunnies!
All the children enjoy dancing so we have listened to lots of music and danced along together waving the colourful scarfs around. We also wore the scarfs as capes and moved around quickly to see if we could get them to blow in the air.
We finished the week with a Disney boogie where we pretended to be princes and princesses.
