Fairfield children have been exploring lots of fun and exciting activities based on our black and orange day. Babies have been picking pumpkins in the pumpkin patch and getting messy in the orange paint making hand prints and watching the marks they leave behind. Toddlers have been mixing colours in the witches’ cauldron and strengthening their fine motor skills in the gloopy green playdough. Preschool have explored STEM and made moving bats and a special visitor came to see us, a very happy pumpkin who surprised us when we were playing outside in the garden. We have also been getting imaginative in cooking club making some vegetable critters to take home with us.
