This week has been National Story Telling week, the Oakwood House toddlers have been completing fun activities related to our favourite story books.
Outside we went on bear hunts, squelching through thick mud and wading through big puddles. We made some amazing picture books by drawing pictures and trying to write our own name on them. We've been reading lots of brilliant stories all week such as “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” and thinking about all the yummy fruit he ate. For snack we decided to have a fruit feast ourselves and eat like the Hungry Caterpillar.
