The Daisies at Holly Bank have been exploring light and dark as part of their sensory play.
They have been playing with torches, moving the beams around in the dark as well as looking at shadows. They have also had different coloured lights in the room. Sensory play can help babies to relax and feel calmer, as well as providing opportunities to develop skill such as communication and language and motor skills.
