The children in Bluebells and Sunflowers at Portland House held a party to celebrate the leavers moving to big school in September.
Alison from the Melody Makers came to sing and dance, which was great fun. We learned new circle songs and rhymes, had a delicious buffet tea and the parents joined the presentation of the children’s graduation certificates.
We would like to say a big thank you to the children and their families for all the wonderful cards, heartfelt messages and gifts for the staff teams; they have been very much appreciated.
It has been a privilege to care for the children during their time at Portland House and we are proud to see them flourish into confident little children ready to embrace their new adventures at school. We can’t wait for them to come back and visit us so that we can hear all about it.
