The Spanish sessions are in full swing and the Bluebell children are thoroughly enjoying the fun and educational weekly sessions with their teacher Amy from Lingo tots.They have been learning different Spanish words, such as “hola”, “adios” and “Gracias”, which they are starting to use throughout the day in their play.
They particularly enjoy singing familiar songs in Spanish and a firm favourite of theirs has to be “The wheels on the bus” where they will join in with the singing and actions with great enthusiasm. Amy plans and delivers fun and exciting games to enhance the children’s learning further such as, hide and seek with Lingo ted.
To finish the session Amy read a story in Spanish, encouraging the children to join in the different words and phrases throughout, a favourite being ‘Goldilocks and the three bears”.
