Finding Our Zen!

The children of Bradley House had a wonderful time celebrating World Yoga Day. Throughout the day, they took part in a variety of fun yoga activities that encouraged them to stay active and look after their wellbeing. The children enjoyed stretching and moving their bodies into different yoga poses, developing their balance, coordination, and flexibility. They eagerly followed instructions and demonstrated excellent focus as they practised each pose. As part of the celebration, the children also participated in deep breathing activities. They learned how taking slow, calm breaths can help them relax, feel peaceful, and improve their concentration. The breathing exercises provided a calming experience and helped the children understand the importance of mindfulness.

The World Yoga Day activities were enjoyed by everyone and created a positive and relaxing atmosphere throughout Bradley House. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to explore healthy habits while having fun with their friends. Well done to all the children for their enthusiasm and participation in making World Yoga Day such a special event.
