Our Nursery Manager at Oakwood House has climbed the highest mountain in England, Scafell Pike on Easter Saturday in aid of our sponsored charity Shabang.Samantha set off early to try and get to the top before it got too hot and reached the summit by 10am. Samantha said “it was one of the hardest things I have done however the sense of achievement on reaching the top was amazing.”
The views from the climb and from the summit are awe inspiring and Samantha has raised at least £300 so far for the charity.
