The Holly Bank preschool children took part in making their own hanging bird feeders. The children found a stick from the garden and then rolled the stick in a mixture of lard, oats and mixed seeds. Once the stick was full of food we attached a loop of twine ready to hang in our garden.
Watching the birds feeding from our bird feeders is always very exciting!
