To mark National Beach Day, the children of Bradley House enjoyed a fun-filled day packed with exciting, beach-themed activities designed to spark creativity, imagination, and sensory exploration. Throughout the day, the children took part in a variety of hands-on experiences, including designing their own beach balls and ice cream sundaes, as well as creating starfish using different craft materials. They thoroughly enjoyed exploring a beach-themed tuff tray, which provided an opportunity to engage in sensory play and imaginative storytelling. One of the highlights was pretending to go crabbing, sparking curiosity about sea life and encouraging role play. The celebration concluded with a lovely picnic shared with parents, where everyone tucked into traditional fish and chips, followed by a well-deserved ice cream treat. It was a wonderful way to bring families together and end the day with smiles all around! Also £18.00 was raised for our chosen charity Candlelighters.
