The Portland House babies have enjoyed the different transition of seasons. After a frosty start to the month the babies have been practicing their independence in dressing ready to embrace the outdoors with their hats and gloves. Then we have been enjoying a teddy bear picnic with our friendly teddy bears for a munch of a sandwich. We have also been practicing our language skills naming lots of winter animals and first words, then delving into lots of messy play. From creating new treasure baskets, shredded paper, water play and lots more. We have also been practicing our fine motor skills for national handwriting day, writing letters to our mummies and daddies.
