Our children deserve the very best we can offer and raising the levels of our qualifications will ensure we provide high quality care and education and continue to raise standards. Not only have we reached our target of 75% qualified to Level 3 but we now have a graduate in every setting and 20% of our nursery practitioners qualified to level 4 and beyond. I am immensely proud.”
