The Bluebell children from Portland House took a magical trip to the garden centre last week! The children saw glowing sparkling sights of an array of colours, rows of tinsel, bobbing baubles and artic animals. After walking along the enchanted path through the forest of glistening trees they peeped in Santa’s grotto and saw Rudolph with his glowing red nose peeking out from behind a tree. They didn’t meet Santa though as he had left a note to say he had returned to the North Pole to help the elves make presents for all the good boys and girls as there had been so many this year. All the Children enjoyed looking at the nativity scene of baby Jesus in a crib with his mother Mary, the Angel Gabrielle and the animals looking on.
The children chose a bauble to put on their Christmas tree in preschool to remember their special journey and share wonderful stories of their adventure with their friends back in Bluebells.
