Today we celebrated Alina's 5 years with Portland Nurseries!
Alina originally came to Portland Nurseries on a casual contract in 2013 and after a brief time away was offered a permanent contract in 2014 to train with us for her childcare qualification. She is an asset to the baby room team at Portland House and we hope she will continue to grow with us over the coming years!
As a thank you for all her hard work and commitment we presented Alina with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a engraved recognition award, an extras day holiday and a monetary bonus to celebrate!
Nursery Manager Julie Lister commented "Alina initially joined the Portland team as a play worker in the Fun club and has worked in the daisy room for the last several years caring for the babies. I have been so proud to watch her grow into an amazing caring practitioner and achieve her level 3 childcare qualification."
