Key Responsibilities
As Toddler Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support a team of practitioners in our toddler room
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged [1–3 years]
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times
