Salary: £12.24 per hour depending on qualification & experience

We are looking to recruit a Playworker to join our After School Club team. 3pm – 6pm Monday - Friday term time and opportunity for more hours in the school holidays. It will involve collecting children from school and providing safe and creative play opportunities including preparing activities, organisation programmes and arranging equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the delivery and supervision of a quality play provision whilst ensuring all activities are carried out in a safe, creative and appropriate play environment. Promote self-esteem; ensuring inclusion, acceptance and integration for all as well as encouraging children to act independently as appropriate, interact and work co-operatively with others and engage in activities; including those with specific and special needs and those from different cultures and/or with a different first language.
