We are looking for a passionate and reliable Nursery Cook to prepare nutritious, balanced meals for our children. You will play a key role in promoting healthy eating habits and ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks from our seasonal in line with nutritional guidelines (e.g. EYFS and NHS guidance)
Cater for special dietary needs, allergies, and cultural preferences
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen (in line with Food Standards Agency requirements)
Manage food stock, ordering, and kitchen budget efficiently
Keep accurate records of food safety checks, temperatures, and cleaning schedules
Work collaboratively with nursery staff to support children’s wellbeing
