With 16 years of experience in childcare, I began my career in Cheshire, working in two nurseries before joining Portland Nurseries in 2020 as Project Lead, a role that allowed me to work across all sites and gain a rich understanding of each setting. Over the years, I have worked as a room leader, deputy manager and SENCo at various settings within the group before returning to Harlequin in 2024 and later being promoted to Nursery Manager. I truly enjoy spending time with the children and have a strong passion for SEND, supporting children and their families to ensure they feel understood and included. As Nursery Manager, safeguarding is at the heart of everything I do, and the wellbeing of staff, children, and parents remains my highest priority. Outside of nursery life, I love to travel both in the UK and abroad, I’m a regular gym goer, and an avid reader who enjoys winding down with a good book.
