The children in Pre-School at Oakwood House have been making their own juice today with fresh oranges.
They counted how many oranges we had and then helped to cut the oranges in half and the we had twice as many! The children turned the oranges upside down and squeezed the oranges hard into the juicer.
“This looks so juicy”
The children spoke about sizes, how much orange juice they could make and also about how they smelled.
“We smell like a big juicy orange”
They then poured the juice into a cup and drank their homemade fresh juice.
“This is the best orange juice!”
