The Oakwood House toddlers spent our Friday morning learning all about self-care. We started by bathing the babies and making them clean, we used bubbles and warm water and washed them with the sponges. The toddlers then used towels to make their babies warm and dry! They were very keen to help practice putting nappies on, we practiced wiping and sticking each side to secure the nappy in place. The next step was to get our babies dressed. Each toddler picked their favourite outfit, we then carefully dressed the babies tickled their toes and pulled their hands through the holes of the garments.
Finally the babies were all clean, dressed and happy!
