The children in Harlequin Poppies have been spending lots of time outside in the forest area mixing potions in the cauldron using natural resources found in our outdoor area.
The children have demonstrated their amazing imaginations with the roles they have taken on in their play; from being witches and wizards making their potions to turning the troll in to a friendly fairy and making their favourite yummy meals.
Outdoor play provides great opportunities for the children to use their imaginations and provides them with the space needed to enjoy role play.
