Children from Harlequin Nursery celebrated Grandparents day by holding a special tea party. Over 20 grandparents enjoyed an afternoon dancing, playing games and eating a special tea with their grandchildren.
Nursery Manager, Ruth Tattersall said “We were overwhelmed by the quick response and turn out from all the grandparents invited. Grandparents play such an important role in many of the children’s lives and the special day allowed the children to show their appreciation and love towards them”
Portland House , Holly Bank and Oakwood House will all be holding special grandparents tea parties very soon.
