At Oakwood House Stay & Play, Preschool children joined the Toddlers at The Olympic Games opening ceremony waving their flags and carrying the ‘Olympic torch’.
We had several events: stick hurdles, foil shot putt, ribbon long jump, log assault course and the exciting finale ‘The Relay race with Parents’. The sporting event offered an opportunity for us all to see the children try something new and for everyone to have fun.
The Games finished with a medal ceremony, where the children were each presented with a Wooden Olympic Medal.
