We would like to say a huge thank you to the parents and staff for helping fundraise this Christmas.
We have been inundated with gifts for the Help a Hallam Child organised by Hallam FM. We asked parents to buy an extra present so we could give to Hallam FM who will then pass onto a disadvantaged local child to make their Christmas morning special. The children have taken part in a show and tell to talk about their gift and talk about the child they are helping.
We are also supporting the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice with pre-loved children's toys for their local charity shops. We are very grateful for all the lovely toys parents have donated. In fact we have already delivered one van full and are collecting another.
Everyone is looking forward to our Christmas Fayre and Stay & Play! Everyone will be paying to wear a Christmas jumper; we have lots of homemade Christmas ornaments for sale and well as lots of lovely festive bakes!!! All proceeds to our nominated charity Water Aid.
Last but not least we are helping The Welcome Centre in Huddersfield and will continue to accept donations of food and toiletries.
