At the beginning of May the staff at Holly Bank enjoyed an enabling environments training day. The day helped staff to reorganise resources and reflect upon the environment our children learn within. You may have noticed the room layouts have changed slightly as a result of this. The day has been a huge benefit not only to the staff team but to children having fun exploring new open-ended resources.
There are so many learning opportunities to be gained from simple everyday items such as boxes, tubing, stones, shells, cones, pans, old bangles etc. We welcome any donations from parents to help build up our resources.
